Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard under Billing. There are no cancellation fees and no questions asked.
What happens when I cancel — do I lose access immediately?+
No. When you cancel, your Pro access stays active until the end of your current billing cycle (the paid-through date shown on your Billing page). You keep unlimited applications, AI resume optimization, and all Pro features until that date, then your account automatically switches to the free tier. You will not be charged again.
Will I be refunded for the unused portion of my billing cycle?+
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle rather than being prorated — you keep full Pro access through the paid-through date instead of receiving a partial refund. If you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase, our 7-day money-back guarantee applies; email support for a full refund.
Can I resubscribe after cancelling?+
Yes. You can resubscribe at any time from the Pricing or Billing page. If you resubscribe before your current billing cycle ends, your Pro access continues uninterrupted at the same rate.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your initial Pro purchase (Monthly or Annual). Email support@remoteaijobs.com within 7 days of the charge and we'll issue a full refund to the original payment method — refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. After the 7-day window, cancellations aren't prorated: you keep full Pro access until the end of your current billing cycle, then your account switches to the free tier automatically and you're not charged again. Renewal charges (month 2+ on Monthly, year 2+ on Annual) aren't covered by the money-back guarantee — cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Your resume and profile are only used to submit applications you initiate. We never sell your data or share it with third parties outside the target employers.
