Run experiments on large language models and turn research findings into production training pipelines.
Join a research engineering team working on model alignment and capability evaluation.
You will design and run experiments at scale, build the tooling that makes those experiments reproducible, and publish internal findings that steer the next training run. Expect a mix of infrastructure work, careful measurement and open-ended research.
The team is remote-first with optional in-person offsites.
Requirements
- 5+ years building production ML systems
- Deep familiarity with PyTorch and distributed training
- Experience with evaluation harnesses and experiment tracking
- Strong written communication for research findings
