Create and review high-quality training examples that teach large language models to reason and respond accurately.
Work fully remote on a distributed team that produces the training data behind frontier language models.
You will write reference answers, review model responses side by side, and document the reasoning behind each judgement. Your work directly shapes how the model behaves in production.
This is flexible contract work: you choose your hours within a weekly commitment, and projects rotate across domains as new model capabilities come online.
Requirements
- Strong written English and clear reasoning
- Comfort working from written guidelines and iterating on feedback
- Reliable internet connection and a weekly commitment of 15+ hours
- Bonus: prior annotation, editing, tutoring or research experience
